Our Hydrating Toning Mist is infused with Organic Rose water, Kakadu Plum and Green Tea Extract which gives skin a natural antioxidant protection.
It also helps to keep the skin hydrated without using any common drying agents such as alcohol. Great to use throughout the day and after cleansing.
Made in Australia. Products not tested on animals.
Use after cleansing for extra hydration or throughout the day to freshen and uplift the skin and senses. Hold bottle approximately 20cm from the face and spray lightly with eyes closed. Can also be sprayed directly onto a cotton pad or cotton ball and wiped over the face, neck and décolletage. Shake gently before use. Store below 30°C.

Can I use your skincare whilst pregnant and breastfeeding?
We DO NOT recommend using our Retinol Repair Night serum whilst pregnant and breastfeeding.
The rest of our range is safe to use through pregnancy and breastfeeding.
What is your skincare made from?
Our skincare range is 100% vegan, paraben free, sulphate free and cruelty free.
Our formulas are free of artificial colors and fragrances, mineral oil, lanolin, S.D. alcohol, parabens and microplastics.
Are your products made from natural/organic ingredients?
Some of our ingredients are organic certified. On the back labels you will see an * on every certified organic ingredient.
99.5% of our ingredients are natural. This inexpressible amount of not natural ingredients is necessary as they are conditioning elements.
What country is your skincare made?
Our skincare range is made in Australia, leaders of professional high quality formulations.
What is the shelf life of your products?
We use either no preservatives or natural preservatives in the majority of our products. Once opened this ranges from 6-12 months depending on the product.
Our products have a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging which gives you an idea of how long after opening the product can be safely used without causing harm.
The PAO symbol looks like an open cosmetic cream jar with a number on it, followed by the letter ‘M’, which refers to ‘month’. “So for example, a PAO symbol showing ‘6M’ suggests that the product is safe to use for 6 months after it has been opened.
How do I store Skincare?
Keep products in a cool place away from direct heat & light exposure. This is especially important with our serums as oxidation may occur.
Please read directions carefully as certain products will need to be stored accordingly.

That's absolutely fine we all start somewhere. The simplest way to quickly establish what skin type you are is by taking this quick quiz.
Your products have made me breakout, I don’t understand why?
Your skin may be purging.
Skin purging occurs when you start using a new product that contains exfoliants such as acids, and retinoids, all of which speed up the rate of skin cell turnover. (the rate at which you shed dead skin cells and replace them with new cells)
To a certain extent, the skin has to bring up all of the gunk in the deeper layers to the surface in order to ultimately get rid of it. This can look like acne or a breakout or clusters of small red bumps.
A traditional pimple typically takes anywhere from eight to 10 days to appear, mature, and shrink. A breakout from a purge is likely to show up and then disappear in about five days.
How do i know if my skin is purging or having a reaction?
If you’re experiencing redness, irritation, burning, stinging, or rashes, especially if they’re widespread, these are not signs of purging, but rather an allergic reaction, discontinue use asap.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Our bottles and disc caps are 100% recyclable and our labels are produced with chemically safe inks and adhesives.
Our skincare range is presented in Type 1 PET recyclable plastic, this means it’s made from plastic that has already been created and it is accepted in recycle bins across Aotearoa. Simply remove the label, reuse or rinse & place it in your recycle bin.

At Homey we are taking a 'less packaging approach' by opting out of using single boxed packaging per product.
We package your order accordingly to eliminate waste so you may get a shipping box or you may not, but whatever the mood, rest assured that it will arrive to you in a plant based compostable courier bag!
When you receive your order you can be sure to find that it is packed using a mixed range of eco wrap, eco-friendly tissue paper, and 100% compostable & biodegradable packing peanuts. Sometimes you may get bubble wrap that we have opted to reuse from incoming stock.

How it works!
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation via email that your order has been received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email that your order is ready for pick up.
When your order is ready for pick up, you can do so between the following operating hours.
Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm

We ship Aotearoa wide and to Australia.
Orders placed by midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day unless it’s a public holiday.
Our courier partners do not operate over the weekends.
Once your order is processed and picked up, you will receive a tracking number via EMAIL or SMS text.
Should you have any inquiries with your shipping process or if you need to query the delivery status of your order, you can confirm via Track and Trace, or call your local branch for assistance. Remember to have your tracking details ready.
If your tracking details have not moved in 7 working days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make an enquiry with our courier partners.
Our system is fully automated, please ensure you enter the correct address details.
If your order is returned to us because of incorrect address details, you will be required to pay shipping cost again in order to resend your package out.
If a card to call is left and your package is not claimed within a certain period of time allowed by the couriers, in which case it is then returned to us at Homey HQ, this will be at the cost of the customer. You will be required to pay shipping again in order to resend your package out.

If the item/s you have bought are faulty or damaged, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note shipping cost are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for wrong product choice or if you change your mind about a purchase so please choose carefully.
A refund is not available if the customer bought items for someone else who doesn’t want them.
We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products.
We do not refund / exchange because a product or ingredient has caused a reaction. Please read the ingredient list under each product listing on this website before purchase or use. Alternatively you can take our ingredients list to a qualified dermatologist or skin specialist. You can also find a full ingredients list on the product label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For any product return to be considered for exchange, credit or refund, the customer must first email firstname.lastname@example.org to clarify eligibility. You will receive instructions on how the items are to be returned. This also permits clear communication.
Do not send item back without contacting us as a return in itself does not guarantee entitlement.
It is the customers responsibility for the cost of shipping to return any item and for the item up until Homey Skin receives shipment. We recommend you use a courier where you are able to track the item. We do not accept responsibility should the item become lost or damaged in transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember refunds take 5–10 days to appear on a customer's statement.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
