We offer free Taupō local delivery when you spend $50.00 or more which will be delivered via our courier partners Poste Haste couriers.
Shipping Information
We ship Aotearoa wide and to Australia.
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday unless its a public holiday.
Our courier partners do not operate over the weekend or on public holidays.
Once your order is processed and picked up, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Should you need to query the delivery status of your order, you can confirm via Track and Trace, or call your local branch for assistance. Remember to have your tracking details ready.
If your tracking details have not moved in 5 working days, please email us at kiaora@homeyskin.co so we can make an enquiry with our courier partners.
We will contact our courier partners who will then investigate and open up a query. This usually takes 48hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your package is then confirmed missing it will be sent to claims. Once our courier partners confirm the query has been sent to claims we will send a replacement or give a refund.
Please note:
Our system is fully automated, please ensure you enter the correct address details.
If your order is returned to us because of incorrect address details, you will be required to pay shipping cost again in order to resend your package out.
If a card to call is left and your package is not claimed within a certain period of time allowed by the couriers, in which case it is then returned to us at Homey HQ, this will be at the cost of the customer. You will be required to pay shipping again in order to resend your package out.
