Free Local Delivery – Taupō
We offer free local delivery in Taupō when you spend $50.00 or more. Local orders are delivered via our courier partners.
Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout Aotearoa (New Zealand) and to Australia.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is picked up, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 working days, email us at kiaora@homeyskin.co. We’ll contact the courier and open a query.
Investigations usually take 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll either resend it or issue a refund.

Our system is fully automated, so please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent.
Unclaimed Packages

If a “card to call” is left and your package is not collected in time, it will be returned to us.

In this case, reshipping will be at the customer’s cost.
P.O. Boxes

Orders sent to P.O. Box addresses will be delivered via NZ Post.
Australia Shipping

Shipping to Australia costs between $15.00 – $30.00, depending on order weight.

Sent via NZ Post / Australia Post Tracked International Air.

Any Customs Duties or Taxes incurred at the border are the responsibility of the customer.
