Free Local Delivery – Taupō

We offer free local delivery in Taupō when you spend $50.00 or more. Local orders are delivered via our courier partners.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout Aotearoa (New Zealand) and to Australia.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is picked up, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

You can track your order using your tracking number via the links below:

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 working days, email us at kiaora@homeyskin.co. We’ll contact the courier and open a query.

Investigations usually take 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll either resend it or issue a refund.

Important Notes

Address Accuracy

  • Our system is fully automated, so please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent.

Unclaimed Packages

  • If a “card to call” is left and your package is not collected in time, it will be returned to us.

  • In this case, reshipping will be at the customer’s cost.

P.O. Boxes

  • Orders sent to P.O. Box addresses will be delivered via NZ Post.

Australia Shipping

  • Shipping to Australia costs between $15.00 – $30.00, depending on order weight.

  • Sent via NZ Post / Australia Post Tracked International Air.

  • Any Customs Duties or Taxes incurred at the border are the responsibility of the customer.
