Pick Up Option Taupō

Thanks to our amazing friends at Northern Lights Vapour, we can now offer a pick up option!

How it works!

When you place an order, you will receive confirmation via email that your order has been received.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email that your order is ready for pick up.

When your order is ready for pick up, you can do so between the following operating hours.

Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm

Northern Lights Vapour - 5 Pāora Hapi Street, Taupo

Please have your I.D and order number ready.

Please note: pick up is unavailable over the weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Information

We ship Aotearoa wide and to Australia.

Orders placed by midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day unless it’s a public holiday.

Our courier partners do not operate over the weekends.

Once your order is processed and picked up, you will receive a tracking number via EMAIL or SMS text.

Should you have any inquiries with your shipping process or if you need to query the delivery status of your order, you can confirm via Track and Trace, or call your local branch for assistance. Remember to have your tracking details ready.

If your tracking details have not moved in 7 working days, please email us at team@homeyskin.co so we can make an enquiry with our courier partners.

Please note:

Our system is fully automated, please ensure you enter the correct address details.

If your order is returned to us because of incorrect address details, you will be required to pay shipping cost again in order to resend your package out.

If a card to call is left and your package is not claimed within a certain period of time allowed by the couriers, in which case it is then returned to us at Homey HQ, this will be at the cost of the customer. You will be required to pay shipping again in order to resend your package out.
